  • Abstract
iFixit is at the forefront of the electronics industry. The company works with service manuals from every major consumer electronics company. Poor source documentation has been a constant impediment to make electronics repair accessible to non-engineers. For years, the company wondered why technical documentation hasn´t improved at the pace of the rest of the industry. The software company, Dozuki, makes it easv to create technical documentation that users love. Dozuki is a platform for living, breathing technical documentation. Technical documentation should be both easv to use and simple to keep up to date.
