Abstract :
Now that ´knowledge management´ has become recognised as a powerful asset, document management (DM) has begun to attract attention in many industries. The DM systems available today have never been so good, but as a result of this it has become harder to choose one over another. This paper discusses some pointers to picking and working with a DM system supplier.
