Abstract :
Two tunable filters are presented for 3.8 and 3.4 GHz, based on active negative resistance loss compensation. The emphasis has been placed on the noise performance of the filters. The second and fourth-order filters have noise figures of 19 and 11 dB, respectively, being near the calculated theoretical minimum
