Abstract :
In this paper we present a new procedure for the on-line identification of pulse patterns allowing loss minimization in fixed or varying loads fed by converters having outputs comprising discrete pulses, such as the resonant link converters. A control strategy based on it is developed and simulation results are compared with the true optimal ones and with those obtained by sigma-delta modulation
