Abstract :
A new technique for converting active resistor-capacitor (RC) filters into low voltage designs is proposed. Additional current sources or resistors are added to a given active RC filter such that the supply voltage can be minimised by biasing the op amp input common-mode voltage to a voltage close to ground, independent of the input/output quiescent voltage
