Abstract :
A 5 ns high Tc superconductor CPW delay line on 20×20 mm2 LaAlO3 substrate has been designed and implemented. A photolithographic process that meets the stringent requirements of fabricating long, narrow, high Tc superconductor strips has been developed. The measured bandwidth was 6 GHz, and the insertion loss at 78 K was <0.2 dB/ns
