Abstract :
A new circuit for microbolometer bias-heating cancellation is described. The circuit is based on the equivalence between the electrical and thermal capacitance. A replica of the bias-heating effect is generated on the electrical capacitance and is used to effectively cancel the bias heating of the microbolometer. The cancellation is tunable
