Abstract :
The other-cell interference factor for the reverse link of a power controlled, high altitude platform station (HAPS) code division multiple access (CDMA) system is evaluated. It is shown that a HAPS CDMA system provides reverse link capacity improvement of at least 14% over a ground-based CDMA system
