  • Abstract
    An artificial neural network method is applied to the development of an ionospheric forecasting technique for one hour ahead. Comparisons between the observed and predicted values of the critical frequency of the F2 layer, foF2, and the total electron content are presented to show the appropriateness of the proposed technique
