Abstract :
For several years, one of the annual meetings held by the power group of the AIEE New York Section has been a “volunteer paper program” consisting entirely of papers selected from voluntary submissions. This year, for the first time, two cash prizes were awarded. The meeting, which was held April 14, 1938 in the Engineering Societies Building, was attended by about 150 members and guests.
