            Abstract :
Introducing a new minimum power loss tracking scheme which implements theoretical equations at the circuit level, a proposed inverting buck-boost DC-DC converter for mobile AMOLED display has maximum power efficiency of 91 % at switching frequency of 1 MHz in typical I/O voltages. Besides, this work maintains maximum power efficiency of around 90 % though I/O voltages are varied in those whole ranges. This chip is implemented in 0.35μm BCD process and occupies 2.1 × 1.4 mm2.
