Abstract :
This paper examines some analysis of breakdown voltages, and gives diagrams and arguments to support re-analysis of the relevant data sets, again using the three parameter Weibull distribution. The paper shows that graphical means provide a useful method for examining the log-likelihood of data, particularly when careful examination of this function is required. The paper also considers the agreement between the sample data and parameter estimates, and between the empirical distributions of data and fitted counterparts
