Abstract :
For the original article see ibid., vol.36, no.4, p.789-91 (1988). The commenters point out similar previous works to that presented in the above named article by R.J. Baeten et al., and take issue with several points. In replying, the original authors note the oversight regarding the citation of these previous works but maintain the correctness of the points at issue.<>
