  • Abstract
The purpose of this research is to simulate rail traction system off-line. The “Dual inverter-dual motor” strategy and common DC bus structure are adopted in the AC Traction Motor Testing Platform. A method of vector control with deviation decouple is realized by LabVIEW to control the dual-motor such as traction motor and load motor, and the traction experiment is accomplished in one stop distance of Nanjing metro line one. Such data as the voltage and current of the motors is sampled and the system power loss is analyed in traction or braking conditions, which verifies the energy-feedback advantage of the system.
