  • Abstract
    Being able to monitor and assess the performance of a large transaction processing system is an essential activity during the commissioning and acceptance phases of the system´s development and then subsequently when the system enters operational service. The article describes some of the data capture and presentation techniques used on a major new road tolling system in the Southern Hemisphere.
