Abstract :
We designed a new polymer quartz piezoelectric crystal air sensitive sensor system for rapidly detecting Chinese spirits. The new sensor system can collect and process samples´ characteristic datum. 12 kinds of Chinese spirits´ standard database which contains 96 template datum were built. We selected 2 kinds of typical Chinese spirits which are SafflowerLang and Maotai to act as the samples in our experiments. Experiment datum of the samples and the characteristic datum in the standard database were compared, the accuracy rate of similarity is higher than 98.5%. The results show the new sensor system can rapidly detect Chinese spirits.
