Abstract
We propose a four-MOSFET circuit for unbiased 1-bit Physically Unclonable Constant (PUC), that is, a Physically Unclonable Function with no input. The proposed scheme is a very good approximation of the ideal PUC, while having the complexity of an SRAM cell. The reliability of our solution is close to ideal and it is stable over a wide range of temperatures. The reported results show that our proposal is reliable enough to make the use of a stabilizer unnecessary.
