  • Abstract
    An analysis for varactor harmonic generators with arbitrary drive level is presented. The analysis is applicable to arbitrary CV laws for the varactor including the idealised charge-storage diode and to cases with or without idlers. Graphical results are presented for a variety of useful cases, and comparisons between multipliers using charge-storage and other types of diode are made.
