Abstract :
The radiation field from an aperture in an impedance surface is studied by using a newly proposed expression of an equivalent magnetic current. Simple relations between the polarization and the surface impedance are derived concerning two subjects: the currents on a reflector illuminated by an aperture in an impedance surface and the cross polarization of the aperture
