            Abstract : 
Electrically alterable functionality, including bi-phase modulation and signal demultiplexing, is demonstrated in a field effect real space transfer transistor. The ability to express widely different functional characteristics as a result of gate modulated real space transfer permits energy multiplexing of device functionality within a single physical structure
