Abstract
An experimental apparatus was designed to carry out simultaneous microwave irradiation and optical analysis of liquid samples, making possible the detection of field-dependent reversible effects. This preliminary work on enzyme-substrate solutions seems to point out the effectiveness of the assembled system and strongly suggest a physicochemical influence of the applied field
