Abstract
A series of Vlasov-type high power microwave launchers were investigated with several slant-cut angles. Finite element analysis using parallel computation was performed on a cluster of workstations and compared with low-power measurements made on a variety of such antennas. Good agreement between the main features of the radiation patterns were observed. However, not all details were reproduced
