Abstract :
By power combining of four photodetectors and impedance matching, we implemented an efficient optical-to-microwave converter capable of achieving 20 dBm RF power and an OIP3 of 35.1 dBm. The bandwidth of the converter is 150 MHz with a center frequency of 1 GHz.
