Abstract :
“AWARDED by engineers Mo a fellow engineer for distinguished public service.” Such is the legend on the great medal of distinction which has been presented to Frank Baldwin Jewett, in sadness, because after the award was voted by the Hoover Medal Board of Award on November 1, 1949, death ended his career on November 18, 1949.
