Abstract :
The paper develops an algorithm for a suboptimal-output feedback-control law for a regulator system subjected to random disturbance and measurement noise. It is based on a weighted psuedoinverse of the control matrix and the steady solution of the Kalman-Bucy gain matrix. The control law is applied to an aeroplane-stability-augmentation problem, the performance of which is digitally simulated.
