  • Abstract
    Second-order intermodulation products in bipolar double-balanced mixers can be generated due to device mismatches. These spurs are analyzed theoretically and in simulation. Guidelines are presented that show the maximum acceptable mismatch to meet a given second-order intercept-point specification
