Abstract :
The IEEE Network Forum, described in detail in the January 1987 issue of IEEE Network, provides a vehicle for discussion of theoretical and practical issues related to analysis, design, procurement, deployment, and operation of computer communication networks of all types. This discussion takes place in three forms: reviews of books, conference papers and proceedings, journal papers, and magazine articles; letters to Forum; and concise topical commentaries.
