Abstract :
The IEEE Network Forum provides a vehicle for discussion of theoretical and practical issues related to analysis, design, procurement, deployment, and operation of computer communication networks of all types. As described in detail in the January 1987 issue of IEEE Network, this discussion takes place in three forms: reviews of books, conference papers and proceedings, journal papers, and magazine articles; letters to Forum; and concise topical commentaries. Readers are encouraged to contribute new items that they feel would be of general interest and to contribute to discussions already begun in Forum.
