The IEEE network forum

The IEEE Network Forum will provide a vehicle for discussion of theoretical and practical issues related to analysis, design, procurement, deployment, and operation of computer communication networks of all types. This discussion will take place in three forms: reviews of books, conference papers and proceedings, journal papers, and magazine articles; letters to Forum; and concise topical commentaries. All submissions to IEEE Network Forum will be refereed.
