Abstract
The commenter asserts that a statement quoted in the above named work (ibid., vol.AP-35, no.2, pp.242-4, 1987) that is said to be incorrect was actually quoted out of context and therefore misunderstood. The statement´s validity is demonstrated. In replying, the original author maintains the correctness of his interpretation of the quoted statement
