Abstract :
The paper outlines a logical model of a thyristor for use in digital simulation of silicon-controlled rectifier (s.c.r.) systems. The semi-implicit nature of the model is derived rigorously from Boolean principles, and its simplicity provides considerable advantage over other comparable arrangements.
