            Abstract : 
Two novel marching techniques for radar cross-section calculation of three-dimensional perfectly conducting objects are discussed: the vector parabolic equation and the current marching technique. They provide substantial speed-up since the solution is marched through the computational domain plane by plane instead of treating all the points simultaneously
