Abstract :
A new transmit diversity scheme implementing space division multiplexing (SDM) with turbo coding is described. The scheme is characterised by the space-time turbo-encoding method to ensure easy decoding at the receiver. The simulation results show that the new scheme performs better than other space-time turbo coding schemes
