Abstract :
Ion-ion recombination was investigated experimentally in some electronegative gases (SF6, N2O, CClF3, CF4, C3F6, and C3F8 ) in the pressure range from a few pascals up to several hundred kilopascals. Additionally, in SF6, the temperature influence on the recombination at constant number densities was studied from 296 to 560 K. The data were analyzed within the framework of the Natanson theory
