Abstract :
We describe a photomultiplier high voltage power supply incorporating a piezoelectric ceramic transformer that generates high voltage while operating under a strong magnetic field. The power supply includes feedback to stabilize the high voltage output, supplying from 1500 V to 2500 V with a load resistance of more than 10 MΩ at an efficiency higher than 50%
