Abstract
To accommodate the lead time for publication, this column is being written at the very beginning of 2012, which makes this writer pause. ComSoc??s Wireless Communication Engineering Technologies (WCET) certification program is five years old, and it??s entering the fourth full year of semi-annual examination windows, in addition to the very first window in the Fall of 2008.
