Changes to the Editorial Board

The Editor-in-Chief announces the appointment of four new members to the Editorial Board: Professor Roger Lake of the University of California at Riverside, Riverside, CA, in the area of Nanoelectronics; Dr. Wilman Tsai of Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA, in the area of MOS Devices and Technology; Professor Manfred Thumm of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, in the area of Vacuum Electron Devices; and Professor Farrokh Ayazi of Georgia Tech, in Solid-State Sensors and Digital Object Identifier 10.1109/TED.2012.2186653 Actuators. All four of these gentlemen are recognized experts in their respective fields and will greatly enhance our ability to manage the ever-increasing number of manuscripts submitted to IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices (T-ED). Short biographies of our four new editors are provided.
