  • Abstract
    The paper is devoted to the research of the information and communication technologies´ development processes. The mathematical formalization of the stated problem is worked out, as well as the researching of the kinetic curve, describing development, is done. The proposed methodology allows stating of some important laws of the information and communication technologies´ development process.
