At the AIEE summer convention conference of officers, delegates, and members on June 23, 1942, Chicago, Ill., “What the Sections Can Do to Assist ECPD” was the subject of an address by J. F. Fairman (F´35) AIEE representative on Engineers´ Council for Professional Development. The essential substance of the talk, which was delivered by E. S.
