Abstract
This paper presents the development of a MATLAB Toolbox for state estimation based on Weighted Least Squares method. The input to this toolbox is the load flow analysis data of any system. A 4-bus test network and the IEEE-6bus system are considered for demonstrating the effectiveness of the developed toolbox. A simple, yet user friendly interface is developed for the use of this toolbox. The functionality of the toolbox, application aspects and the end results are illustrated.
