Abstract :
A reduced-order observer with parameter adaption is presented. The observer is based on the ´current´ model in field-oriented co-ordinates. The theoretical principles of the developed algorithm are discussed. Some results of comparative investigations are presented, which illustrate the steady-state and dynamic properties of the speed control system with observer and conventional current models.
