Abstract :
The issues related to integration of BODIPY dyes for large-scale sequencing, as well as analysis of their performance in our large-scale sequence assemblies, are discussed. Topics covered include: storage of BODIPY dye-primers, development of reliable reaction conditions, development of preformatted BODIPY dye-primer cocktails, development and testing of robotics applications, and quality assessment of BODIPY dye-primer reactions in production sequencing.
