Abstract :
The hysteresis loop of technical barium ferrite was measured at room temperature applying the external field parallel and perpendicular to the preferential axis. The hysteresis loop was analyzed using the energetic as well as the Preisach model. The parameters of the energetic model allow a physical interpretation of the results
