Abstract :
First of all, I am happy to report that my term as the Editor-in-Chief has been extended for one more year. I also want to report that we have been working on moving into Manuscript Central, which will be a great step toward a more efficient paper handling process. As a new year starts, we also look forward to more exciting news on wireless communications, networking, and their applications.
