Abstract :
In this paper, we developed a new structure of the magnetic fluid linear pump. The magnetic field could be focused effectively in the tube by using permalloy yoke. The magnetic reluctance could be reduced remarkably so that we could reduce device size up to 37.8% and increase pumping pressure up to 144.8%. The optimum width of the yoke was designed and compared with measurements
