Changes to the Editorial Board

Summary form only given, as follows. It is the current EiC´s pleasure to welcome Prof. Albert Chin to the Editorial Board of the IEEE Electron Device Letters. A biography and sketch of Prof. Chin´s areas of research interest are provided. His subject areas are advanced CMOS gate stacks and thin-film transistors.
