Inductor realisation with a paraphase amplifier

An inductor realisation scheme with RC elements and a paraphase amplifier is presented. Depending on the active and passive parameters, the inductor can be shown to have a high Q factor at a specific frequency and nearly constant inductance over a wide range of frequencies. The sensitivity figures of the realised inductor are quite low, and are given for different parameter variations.
