Abstract :
Logic gates may be formed by utilizing electromagnetic relays or some form of equivalent semiconductor switching circuit. The NOR logic is basic and versatile. Transistorized modules have been developed to help to meet the more critical demands for reliability, life, speed and environment in modern automated systems. Two applications are given to illustrate how NOR elements are employed in practical industrial control installations.
