Author\´s reply to comments on "Decentralized stabilization of interconnected systems with time-varying delays"

This paper is a response to the comments on the paper titled "Decentralized Stabilization of Interconnected Systems With Time-Varying Delays". This response states that it was clearly mentioned that the paper deals with a class of interconnected systems where time-varying delay factors are within the local subsystems and across subsystems as well. As per the standard formulations of large-scale systems, the interconnection term should have been expressed as Σ_k≠3^nsE_jkx_k (t - η_jk) and this silly oversight seemed to create a sort of an overall misunderstanding.
