Abstract :
This paper presents the status of the research and development trends of ETC (electro-thermal-chemical) technology in Israel, performed at Soreq NRC. Both experimental and theoretical facilities are briefly described, as well as the past and present activities in this area which includes: plasma ignition propellants at high loading density; plasma-propellant interaction studies; plasma injectors development; inductive storage systems; and industrial applications
